Description
Since I started watching the cartoon series Avatar: the Last Airbender, I've been hooked to the show. And it's sequel, Legend of Korra, is just as awesome.
It's main character is Korra, the next Avatar. There was a great video on YouTube [link] showing how to draw her. I basically traced the produced sketch from that video for the lines; then coloured it based on the wikipedia image [link] .
You can download this piece as a zip file, which includes
- Trace.svg: includes the sketch and reference images.
- Final.svg: includes the background, and links to the source material used. This is the file used to export the png image.
- Final.png: The final image. I rendered it to fit a 1080 screen. It's a little wider than the usual 1920, but you should be able to tweak your settings so it looks okay. Or you could of course render your own image with your particular resolution in mind.
